Vincent Couturier is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. The form collects your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry and follow up on our correspondence. These fields are required to send a message; company details are optional. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch.
Messages are emailed to Vincent Couturier, using the technical email services needed for delivery and storage. The application does not create a contact database. Correspondence is retained as needed to handle and follow up on the enquiry and, where necessary, to establish a legal right or meet a legal obligation.
Browsing and security
Your language preference is stored in your browser for 180 days. This website uses no advertising trackers. LinkedIn is accessed through a standard link and applies its own privacy policy.
IP addresses and technical request information may be processed to prevent abuse and diagnose incidents, based on the legitimate interest in securing the website. Submission rate counters are held in memory and operate in 15-minute windows. Technical log retention depends on incident detection and resolution needs and, where applicable, preservation of evidence needed to investigate an incident.
Audience measurement and your privacy

This website uses Matomo, hosted on infrastructure administered by Vincent Couturier, to understand which content is viewed and improve navigation. Measurement covers page views, page language, opening the details of the four engagement examples and clicks to LinkedIn. Where available, only the referring website’s domain is retained, without the full page address or its parameters. Limited technical information, such as browser family and operating system, is used to produce aggregate statistics.
Collection is restricted to this purpose: no analytics cookies, targeted advertising, cross-site tracking or matching with contact form messages. Your name, email address and message content are never sent to Matomo. IP addresses are truncated before being stored in analytics data. Visitor profiles, individual browsing histories and session recordings are not available for viewing. The data is for Vincent Couturier’s exclusive use and is neither sold nor shared with advertising platforms.
An automatic purge deletes detailed analytics data older than 90 days and aggregate reports older than 12 months. Technical backups are retained for no more than an additional 30 days. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in improving the website’s operation and content. Its limited scope and configuration meet the audience-measurement consent exemption requirements, without a consent banner.
